You could use the 92-95 one but youll have to reroute your hardlines to fit them up. Easy thing to do is get a prop from the SI.

Re: whats the difference? prop valves (2wheelhunter)
The one for an ABS system only has 4 ports on it. This is because the rear lines come straight out of the ABS unit, and pass through the valve.
The NON ABS valve has 6 ports. This is because two lines come from the master cylinder and go into the valve. Then the valve splits the two lines into 4 more that go to each wheel.
If your making new lines, then you wont' have any problems using the DC 4040 valve. Just make absolutely sure you get all 6 ports going to the right place. If you have the rear lines going to the front, your going to lock up one-or both rear brakes real quick. Also, the brake system is divided into two separate channels (LF/RR & RF/LR). If you get these mixed up, your bleed sequence will be off. So get it right the first time, and follow the bleed sequences of the NON ABS EG & DC...

Yeah. The ABS master cylinder is designed to function like normal when the ABS system shuts down due to a problem...
You just cannot use a NON ABS master cylinder on an ABS brake system.
