price depends on your location significantly. I too would say around 5-6K here in california. Depends mainly on if you passed smog already, or if it can pass smog, title, and mileage on chassis

well if you are not aware of it, I doubt it is a dent... it just looks funny
It might be a slot for the OEM intake

$4500 top dollar IMO...
...no door handles, one of the ugliest engine bays I've ever seen, and I have issues with a Integra dash being installed. Re-wiring is involved and I wouldn't want to have to worry about it later on down the road.

I'm asking an honest question here:
What did you do about the fitment of the Integra dash and the door panels? I know they do not fit together correctly.
I've seen one guy who had an interior shop morph the front halve of the Integra dorr panels with the rest of the Civic panels and it looked like O.E quality, but most people ghetto crush/cut the Civic ones to fit with the Integra dash.

i dont see how you guys can say 4000-5000 when most factory lookin swapped hatches go for more then that, if you cant tell everything looks like its quality work, imo the shaved handles arent all that great but it still shouldnt cut the cost down a cpl grand, id say you can get between 6500-7

Let me give you an example of what I think a hybrid should be if the asking price is around $6,500.00 or so.
A decent paintjobbed Si hatch with a 80K mileage or lower B16A2. Good body is a must, but bings would be acceptable.
Power steering, cruise control, A/C, moonroof, 4-wheel discs, etc - all add value to a car, not detract from it.
I'd say that nice wheels and tires as well as good struts (not stockies with generic coil-overs) and decent springs/coil-over sleeves should be there too.
Usual quality bolt-ons like i/h/e etc.
I think that shaving **** off a car ruins the resale value IMO.
Nobody can tell the quality or lack thereof from those pics, so we guess lower.
