never use the word "BEST". you should say, what would be best for my set up and goals.
now, what do you want? quiet and sleepy? loud and obnoxious? hi flow? NA or turbo? what yr car, do you want to pass inspection? location? do you want SS? let every one know what your deal is. cus you have nothing in your thread.
also first and far most, SEARCH!

Re: Re: (EM1adobogirl)
I can't believe nobody's recommended this yet!!! RS-R exmag is a very quiet exhaust. The tone is very close to your stock muffler, and it's only slightly louder. A very well engineered kit that will give you the same power gains as any other cat back (which is pretty much NONE), but will also sound incredible. It's not cheap, but it's worth the money. And the matte black finish is oh-so-sexy!

LOL screen shots...
when your talking about exhaust, ss refers to the piping material...Stainless Steel...
.........
quiet bolt-on exhaust... would be:
A'pexi World Sport 2
RS*R ExMag
if you currently have a e-bay cat-back, most of them are stainless steel...
the piping most likely is still good... just get a new muffler, and bring it to a good shop to cut off your fart can, and weld the new muffler in place instead.
the new +06 si muffler is good, and i've read good reviews about the twin-loop replicas...
