if i am not mistaken mine has one too. i have a 94 ex, and i believe that it was imported from canada. it has vtec and a/c and it says honda of canada. there is a pic on my website. im not sure what it is really, as i never really cared. i think it might be for the a/c.

I'm with Rainman EK, autos and Del Sol VTEC's. I thought it was only auto 4 doors but I could be mistaken.

Will any / ALL the del sol DOHC vtec dual cores fit an Eg? ..or just certain years?
I need to order one for my GSR motor that is why I ask....

All Del Sol's are the same chassis, and all the Civic radiators should be interchangable. So to answer your question- yes any Del Sol VTEC dual core radiator should fit your EG. Only radiator that would take slight modification would be a Teg radiator
