What year did EK's have power steering?
I did some research and found that they didnt have it until 98 DX model..........
Anyone know any info........ thanks

I cant see power sterring being an option on one set model, since that would require the dealership to change out the rack.. since all honda options are dealer installed... every 96-00 dx i have been in "came" with power steering.. every cx did not...

i have a 97 dx and it does not have power steering. im pretty sure that power steering was optional, and it was standard on cars with automatic trannys. I test drove about 10 civics before i bought mine and only one of them had ps. All years 96-00 had them but it was never standard, always an option, except for automatics.

I think its a dealer option. My friends 98 DX hatch doesnt have it, but my 00 DX hatch does.

I believe it was standard in 98 hatches.. because mine has it .. so does my other friends.. but A/C wa optional
