I am getting a new car soon .. yaay!! I have a 98 Civic Si (Canadian Model) and it only has.. I can't remember somewhere around 127 HP or so..

I have checked out the 2001 and up models but I just don't like them.. the tail lights etc.. just doesn't suit me..

I do however like both the 99 and 00 SiR Coupes.. they comes in a standard 5 Spd. transmission which will be a big step-up from my dinky 127 HP Auto..

Are there any differences between the 99 SiR and the 00 SiR? Any reason I should take one over the other?

What are the choices, either 99 or 00? Im confused!?

Whichever is in better shape I suppose. Both years are the same I believe, if there is a difference it is minor and I am not aware of one.

Basically get one that has less mileage, is in better condition, has not been wrecked, etc. Good luck shopping!

Either one I get is going to be a Black 5 Spd. 2 Door Coupe w/ all power options, sunroof, etc... all the goods...

The choices are:

1999 SiR Coupe

or

2000 Sir Coupe

In the US, both of those are the same exact thing. So like I said, since you would have to buy them used, go with whatever is in the best condition.
