forwarning other will tell you to SEARCH but i was in your spot awhile ago..basics are
turbo manifold
turbo
oil feed line
oil dump tube to oil pan
downpipe
intercooler and piping
blow off valve
wastegate (and a downpipe for wastegate)
bigger injectors
walboro fuel pump
wideband and boost gauge and oil pressure gauge
fmu or chip ecu and have some shop burn chips for you

xenoncron can make you a chip based off of your setup to get you close enough to have it run and drive to a shop to tune it. or find a friend near you that can street tune for free.

ebay set up = 800
good set up = 2000 maybe +
can set up your own for about 1200-1500 with a good turbo ,bov, watesgate , intercooler ect.

build your own.

kits are like 2000
but if you peice it together i can cost you like 600ish
what i paid
turbo and mani 300 (dsm turbo you can get for like $50 from a junk yard)
fuel pump 80
injectors 280 but use dsm injectors and resistor box and its like $20 from a junk yard from a turbo dsm
intercoooler and piping ebay $160 shipd or use a dsm intercooler (smaller but worx $20)
fmu $80 shpd
bov 30 or $10 for a dsm bov froma junk yard
wastegate 50
oil feed is $30
oil dump is homemade
wideband w/gauge is 200 YOU NEED THIS...
total $735ish
junk yard for injectors and turbo and intercooler from junk yard
peice it together. many people around here do that and save alot and have it for years

of cours you will turn it up and up and blow up....and rebuild with forged internals..etc. and you will be addicted....youl see.
its very worth it but dont devote you life to it

lol you got a lot to learn bud.
https://honda-tech.com/forums/forced-induction-16/

and also, your originial question went from
"how should i build"
to
"i wanna boost"
without anyone suggesting it! But, you gotta start somewhere i guess. Just go in the Forced Induction section and you will learn everything you need. I also think its better to look at it in terms of how much HP you are looking to be at rather than psi from my understanding. That could be wrong though (since its not from experience, but rather what i have read).
