What would cause this symptom!?! (its driving me nuts)
I have a 92 Civic Si it has a b16a swap, so over a year ago my fuel pump would function properly then i has issues with it like KOEO the fuel pump wouldnt go on so id have to turn my keys back and forth until i heard it..i got fessed up with it and bought a walbro pump thinking i had a faulty fuel pump well it still happens, i can turn the key and rarely my pump will go on but when it does my civic runs great..(this shouldnt have anything to do with it i dont think, but when i push the clutch in all the way and turn the key so the pump will run i will slowly disengage the pump and sometimes it works, but at the same time sometimes i dont need to push the clutch in to hear the pump) please help me out thanks!

Sounds like a faulty main fuel relay. Do you hear the clicks under your dash when you turn your key? Does it happen more on hot days? Next time it happens, give the knee bolster a whack right around the fuse box. Should wake it up, if that's the problem.
