Default what wire is this on the clockspring? *pic*
The smallest wire is broken off... What does this wire go to? The horn?
(Had I installed my momo steering wheel myself I would know, but it came already in the car with the stock wheel seperate)

If it is the wire that belongs in the black plug, yes it is the horn.
