WHAT WILL MAKE ME A LOW 13, HIGH 12 HATCH....?
Wut up! check this i have a 93 CX HATCH and i just bought my B16, what can i do to my engine to make my hatch a low 13 second car. (NO: Nos, boost, superchager). Should i get a new head, a new bottom end, tranny or wut...? I was thinkin about LS/VTEC but is anybody has some different ideas, PLEASE hit me up! THANX!!!

A naturally aspirated low 13 second B16.......not going to happen.

Sure you can get low 13's on an NA B16A. i've seen some push 180whp with good cams and headwork.

the inline4 hatch (one of the mechanics') ran a 13 sec pass. b16 block, gsr head, jdm itr headers, head work, itr intake mani & TB, toda cams & gears, CAI, and some other crap that i forgot. apex'i VAFC, and the car wasnt even tuned.
i was damn impressed, since they slapped that motor together the night before.

If I were you I would can the b16 bottom end and go with a b20 bottom and just put the b16 head on it to make it a b20/vtec. Then I would build your motor NA and you will run low 12s or high 11s.
