? ? ? What will headers and exhaust do for my Si, besides make it louder? ? ?
What will change in terms of hp and noise for a '00 Si. I already have AEM CAI. Want to know if it's worth the extra grand or just save my cash.

thats pretty much correct. the SI stock exhaust is alright, if you want a free-er flowin muffler go for it, unless youre gonna go turbo in the future then get a 3" exhaust system.

Before you buy a header/exhaust, figure out what you plan on doing with your car. If you plan on going forced induction *turbo/supercharger*, or if you plan on building a 10K RPM 4 cylinder. That'll help narrow your decision on a header/exhaust. Good luck on whatever you decide.

Compared to the Alteezas, the header/exhaust will do little for your power. Tailights give what, 25whp?

of course it will make it louder and you will also notice a power increase. from my time on the track a while back i noticed that with an aem cai, dc 4-2-1 header, and apex n1 exhaust my time dropped about roughly half a second.

oh yeah i also heard that if you get stickers all over your car they give you about 3.5-4 whp depending on the size of the sticker.

Back up off my lights. I thought they looked better than stock. And that's the only thing i have on my car. So relax allright. Little hostile aren't we. And by the way... you're very creative thinking of that too. You're the first one to comment on imports.
