What type of gas to use in my HX?

What type of gas to use in my HX?
I thought I was supposed to use 87.. but upon reading around some other hondas use a minimum of 89 and ****.. so what am I supposed to use?

Wont there be a gas mileage difference between running 87 and 89 though?
