What transfluid to use?

What transfluid to use?
Need to know what transfluid to use...its the first time im going to change it, so i need to know. My manual says SF or SG 10W-30 or 10W-40...But that **** aint on the market anymore. I went to a shop and was offered something like 90W-120...
Help me out plz...

I had this problem not long ago here's what basically what i found from using the search function
honda makes it's own MTF, but they didn't make it until 98 or 99 and until then they used and recommended 10W30. Some other options that people swear by is GM (yes as in general motors) Syncromesh MTF, and Redline fluid, both seem to work great. What i did is use appx. 1 3/4 quarts of Mobil 1 10w30, and 1/2 quart of Mobil 1 synthetic gear oil. I have had no problems and the shifts feel great to me......a lot of people simply use 10W 30......if you really want to do it right use Honda MTF....you can get it at any honda or acura dealership. I think for a D-series it's exactly 2 quarts, and for the B-series it's about 2 1/4 quarts
