Default what is the torque specs for a axle nut (searched)

im changing both my axle and break rotors today. i coundnt find what specs to tighten the axle nut to.

now i have another problem. the new axle wont go in. can i hit the other side to force it in.

ive always done it to 137ft lbs... i believe thats what the haynes manual says
