Hey guys, its my birthday tomorrow and my mom is getting me some new tires. I was just wondering which tires should i get????

I was thinking either falkens or federal????

I also dont know which rating should i get. regular passenger tires or some zr rated tires??

Also, i own some 14 inch rims right now and dont have money for some good rims yet. I have a set of steelies and I also own a set of what i was told was some ef si rims. Does honda make some 15" steelies??? and do they make 14" or 15" tires that are zr rated???

If you want 15" steelies, I believe you might be able to use Scion steelies. You can find some on craigslist for about $200 because a lot of Scion owners put aftermarket wheels on as soon as they drive off the lot. As for tires, depends on what you will be doing with the car. Will you see any track time or is this a daily driver?

i wont be tracking it but I do ocassionally do take hard turns, especially on freeway on ramps. I just dont want to take a hard turn and have the tires break loose. They make ZR rated tires in 14"s?????

You don't need z(149+mph) speed rated tires. You simply (i hope) will never go that fast in your civic. H(130mph) rated will do you just fine. If you have steelies, why get expensive tires for them? Put the money you save getting cheaper tires into your rim fund. Just my two cents.

yooo well ask ur self this is my alinement good do i have any camber wear???? DO I SPIN MY TIRES ALOT if you said yes to any one of these falkens or federal will be the best for you becase you can get a set off the internet for 200 or less and federal 130 for all four supersteal lol my friend use to get me them from his job and id smoke them off and negtive camber would wear them. sooo man if ur not goin nuts and lookin to get alot of mileage go with a good name brand.. g/l

I am a big fan of Falken Azenis tires but they are expensive in my opinion. I had Nitto NeoGens on my Scion and hated them... You might want to look into Yokohama Avid T4's. I had those on my old Tercel and they were great tires. Not quite the grip that you get with the Azenis but they were pretty affordable and lasted a long time...
