Re: what are these???
I've never seen a cylinder like that but it must certainly be the clutch line, since that's where the clutch master cylinder is. I'm a little confused as to where the reservoir is suppose to go though.

I believe the OP is from Australia.
Yes, they have EM1s there. My understanding is they have ABS, no moonroof and come in different colors tan they do here (most countries seem to get far more color selections on this trim than the US does).
As many of us know, the US EM1 has no ABS, has a moonroof and only comes in three colors (blue, red, black). There are some '96-'00 Civic coupes in the US with ABS, but they're all SOHC Civics with rear drums instead of rear disc.
The Australian EM1 coupe is called a VTi-R.
Because of the specs of this vehicle and the unfamiliarity some Civic owners will have, asking Integra people might help.
Now that that's out of the way...
I won't claim to know much (at all?) about brakes, but I do have access to the parts catalog for this car.
So here are some diagrams from that catalog.
First, the brake lines.
I'm not 100% sure which line it is.

Re: what are these???
No problem. I hope the OP can get some answers now.
Since most of the members on this site seem to be in the US, it's in the OP's best interest (and anyone else not dealing with a US car) to mention their location or the origin of the car (as far as the market it was originally sold in).
Next time we don't have to donate so much time to a bunch of confusion over some different parts than the US guys are used to.

Re: what are these???
That is an RSX style clutch master cylinder. They are remote reservoir. The RSX cowl hangs over the area so far that it would be difficult to put the res on it. I have seen a few of them break the bolt heads off of the plate with heavy clutch pressure plates. Hope that helps.

And some engine bay pics of Australian Civics with B16s.
Big pic with the first one, but it can help you see things a bit better.
