what steps should be taken to buy a swapped engine car?
what steps should be taken when you're buying a car that already has a swapped engine and the seller has no paperwork? if the car has been barred before does that prove that the engine is legit? is there vin numbers on the engine that can be verified to prove that it isn't a stolen motor? thanks
