i am in search of what light socket this is. the white one is what i was provided but i need to know what it came out of so i can get the pigtail harness for it so i can wire it up. or if anyone knows where i can get a smaller version of the grey one. it is the same as a 96- civic parking light but i need a smaller version of it. the bulb that goes in the grey one is a 1157 but i need a 3496 one which is the same size socket but the outer diameter is a little smaller. right now i have the 1157 one in my headlight but trimmed down the outer ring. It fits perfect but wont lock.

so what is your question are you asking what light fits that socket or are you asking what the socket is for

either... what i have is a set of fd1 headlights for a jdm front end conversion and my blinkers that are oem are 1157. the blinkers on these headlights is a 3496 so my sockets are way too big. when i questioned the seller about this he sent me the white ones which are obviously not from a honda car i have done some research today and found that hey are from a honda vfr. i really don't want to mod my harness on my car so what i really need is a 3 wire 3496 socket so i guess it is time to put a wtb ad up.
