What is your year, model, and package of car you have? If you need help picking out the perfect tire for your needs just come to the wheel and tire forum and answer these 6 questions. The people there will give you some real good solid advice.
1) what is the make/model/year/package of car you have and are there any mods.
2) what is your budget
3) what size rims do you have (Width, diameter, offset)
4) what is the climate that these tires will see? If you live in a snowy area do you have dedicated winter tires
5) what is the purpose of this car? Drag strip? Auto-X? Getting groceries? Daily driver with weekend play?
6) what is your budget and what is more important long life or stickyness?
Cheers.

thanks guys for the reply, i found the bridgestone potenza re950s but i dont see any that are 13" for the VX rims.
and my car is a 95 civic VX, i dont really care about price since i dont believe that 13" tires will be that expensive. and i want some tires for performance, so they should be pretty good.

Re: (alh081)
the only performance tire that will fit on your 13X5 are Sumi HTR 200s. They are a crappy tire compared to other performance ones but in that size you have little to no choice. THere is also the Yoko A032R which is a R compound tire. Someone else was in your exact situation. Please read this thread:

Stock for your car is 165/70-13
The two sizes for your car that will fit on a 13X5 is 185/60-13 (only 1.6% smaller diameter). However this tire will look like it "bluges" when put on your rim. THere is also the 175/70-13 which is 2.5% bigger than your stock, this is still acceptable. it will fit your rim better though, not look "buldge" or "stretched".
Anymore questions, please ask.
