hey whats up guys, i am about to go buy some speakers for my car, just wondering if you guys know what size they are... let meknow..... and does anybody know where to get a tweeter set that covers up the hole that honda drilled in the door panel for the OEM tweeter? let me know guys... are the stock speakers 6.5 inches? let me know...

I think they're 5.5's. Just get a set of components with a 5.5 and a tweeter. You can get the tweet to fit with just a fabbed bracket or sometimes the kits come with them

as far as i know..... the front is 6 1/2 and the back is 5 1/4.

Yes, you will, but you might have to cut out some of the plastic behind the speaker to clear the magnet. Why don't you just go measure yourself?

I've got Pioneer 6.5's in my hatch. You just have to be careful about the depth of the speaker, mine are 1¾" deep and they fit fine.

the stock speakers are 5.25". i'm running 6.5" MB quarts with custom 3/4" MDF spacers that i made myself so they clear the window track. i would assume you need atleast a 3/4" surface or flush mount tweeter to cover the factory tweeter hole

Front speaker hole is 6.5 inches

BE careful though. MOST aftermarket speakers will NOT fit in your car, they will sit too deep, and as a result, your window will hit it when you roll it down. Go to crutchfield and see which speakers will fit. Ive got the infiniti Reference shallow mount speakers. The only mod i had to do was cut out the plastic "basket' that the speaker sits in, no sweat.

The infinitis will fit (You can get them for 70 shipped or so)
The pioneers will fit with no modification, theyre 35 i think. Theres one other pair that i know of that will fit easily. Cant remember off the top of my head though.
