I was wondering if someone knows how long the cat should be? The car is a 00 Civic coupe w/ GSR swap, stock header, and an rsr exhaust for the civic; does anyone know how big the gap between the header and exhaust is? I'm looking for a high flow cat.

Very good question and never saw it covered in the techs for swaps. Did you do a search in the hybrid area? I have a 95 hatch and was told to get a LS cat or a custom made test pipe that would bolt up with my exhaust and the shorter manifold of the b18c.

Not sure if what to use on the EK.

when i did a b18c swap in my 96 coupe... i had the jdm 4-1 on there and with the stock cat the ehxaust and everything matched up.

but of course i had to get an aftermarket one to be able to use it with the 2.5"

get a carsound cat of ebay, i think they are like 75 shipped? - then go to a exhaust shop and have them weld an extension on or something

my stock exhuast and the stock gsr header lenth was perfect but the only thing i had to fix was the holes that line up for the bolts had to be fixed

fyi i have a ek coupe with gsr swap

Did you have a GSR or Civic cat? How much was it to modify the flange?
