Default What Should I Do Next?

hey, i just want to get your guys' opinion. Right now i am trying to sell my car. I haven't had any reasonable offers yet. So, if i don't sell it here soon i am probably going to do some major motor work to it. Either B18c1 turbo or B20vtec. what do you guys think? Post what you think would be the best idea.
thanks
- mike -

EDIT: by the way i already have a B20b in my 93' hatch

B20VTEC's more expensive, but if you've got the cash NA > turbo IMO

I think you should first tell us what you want outta your car. daily driver i would say NA. but if you just wanna take it out to romp on it and race and stuff then go turbo b/c it is higher maintenance. and what car is going into??

why not just turbo the b20? you'll be making quite a bit more power then you would if you did a b20vtec

because that involves sleeving and a lot of machine work

Then why did you list a B18c turbo when that takes just as much work and you have to purchase an entire motor also.

Fisrt question would be what are you building the car for?
AutoX, street drag, legal drag?
Id go with the B20vtec personally
NA>turbo IMO
going LS vtec myself.

if you've got this option I'd take it, it's a better engine right out of the box than the other two you listed.

i would say go ahead and fix up your motor, unless your not happy with the car you have now. do you plan on buying a new or what. and if you have the money get a new car and fix it up.

To be honest, depending on the year of your car, i would go with the H22. It's a bigger engine and has more horses. So i would check with your mechanic and see if it will work.

I'm not a fan of the B20, but if you build it, hell yeah. GSR turbo is gonna cost some money too.. Built all motor B20/VTEC would be mean.
