Default What should i do?

Ok ive got a question:
First a little background...I have a hatch with b16 i,h,e, fuel rail, regulator, pump, etc. I have a skunk2 valve train (stage2 cams, valves, springs, retainers, gears), JE 11.5:1 pistons, and eagle rods; all of which are not installed yet. The problem is i dont have the cash to put in the pistons and rods, I could put them in normally but the pistons are oversized and i dont have a bore, plus I dont have the time for my car to be out of commision, which it would be for probably about 2-3 weeks if i were to do b/c of work and school. And if my local shop were to do it it would be a butt load of money which i dont have. So should i keep the valvetrain, pistons, rods, etc and just wait till i have the time and money. Or what i could do is return this stuff and buy an 18g turbo and install that myself in a few days. Either that or my third choice is just return the pistons and rods and put the valvetrain in myself. I live in Tacoma WA, and if you or you know of someone who could do this for me cheap that would be cool too, but it would have to kinda fast like 1 -1.5 weeks. Let me know
