What should i do
what should i do. I live in cali and the smog law are shity, so i have a 96 ek and want to go v-tec. i was going to do a mini-me with a 96-> ex head but im not shure if it will pass smog and i have about a 1000 spending limit

Do a search for Frankenstein or mini-me. You can do this for under 1000$, and if you do it right, you will pass smog with no problem.
