Suspension!!! Get control of the car before you upgrade the power.
Springs/Coilovers first. If you are satisfied with the springs then add an intake then Cat-back, then header. Once you get the basics done start looking at what your goal is with the car.

Get rid of those Michelins
I think they were about the worst tire they could pick for the si and gsr.
other than that, I think suspension is a good start, maybe a cai.

this is what Id do - i even include the cosmetic mods In order t00!
- Suspension (Custom rate GCs/Koni Yellows)
- ITR Sway Bar w/Beaks Mounting kit
- Tires (falken Azenis??)
- CTR Headlights / CTR Replica Mirrors
- buy a B20 Block, JE Pistons, Eagle Rods, use the b16a head, maybe tranny too
and build yourself a nice b20/vtec
