I just got some agx put in my car...i have 200f/100r spring rates (really soft)
anyway, i got this for autox, so for daily driving, what settings put less strain on the shocks? soft or stiff settings?

i would think the softer springs would be ideal for dailey driving. I don't know how you plan to auto cross on such soft springs.
