what RPM's should i launch at,at the track?
mods are , i/h/e/s2im. car is a 1993 del sol
for rubber ive got 195/50/15.
my best run is when i launched @ 5500rpms (ran 15.1)
you guys think i could do i little better with the 205/50/15?

That's pretty respectable for what I assume to be a D16Z6 with bolt-ons. I don't think you'll see any difference by going to 205s.
You might try slicks at the track...they'll provide you with the best traction upon launch and may cut your 60ft time. BTW, what is your 60ft time?

my best sixty foot was a 2.4999. maybe some slicks would be a good idea but then i gotta worry about axels lol

slicks will either help you out tremendously, or destroy your axles/diff/tranny/motor/life.
slip and go or slip and break. those are the only two options slicks offer.
