There is a bung on the header and high flow cat, (car has two O2 sens) just wondering cause the air velocity will change and the ECU might flash the engine light. I dont wanna have to go through that if there's preventive measures.

What RPM will you notice it? All of them because it's going to be louder. You won't even notice any gains really other than the noise. 5 hp doesn't go very far in providing gains.

With the 4-1 you'll notice gains later on in the power band. Might actually take away from the midrange but your top end will increase.

no you wont be wasting money. ricey says you wont notice much bc 5hp doesn't go along way. well, 5hp might not go along way to some, everyman for his maker. you might notice a increase he wouldn't, vise versa. in any case if you already have a cai & other small mods the header would be your next step up. imo, do it. i'm going to soon hopefully, im running 2.5 piping from my muffler with a 4.0 outlet, to a 2.5 inlet... to my stock headers/cat with 1.0(correct me if wrong) tubing, flared onto it, so yeah.. headers are in my future. gl!

I have 4-1 header on my Del sol they made a decent amount of top-end hp. I ran a 15.3 with intake and header, with a big toolbox in my trunk. My car ways 3,065 pounds, that is not with the tools or me in it. Ya I know that not fast! However, the header made a big difference.

a 4-1 header will help you in the top end prolly anywhere from 4-5 thousand rpm rang and it should keep pulling intell redline

Uuuuhhh what? We have one header..... I'd like you to show me on an inline 4, which have 1 exhaust bank, where to put that extra header of yours.

In all honesty, bolt ons for our cars are a huge waste of money. Even if you get them used, a basic I/H/E is going to cost you upwards of 700 dollars for 5-10 whp tops.

A turbo setup will net you closer to 100 for 2000-3000 dollars.
