fuel filter,pcv valve,
how many miles does it have? and do you know how well the car was taken care of?

just make sure to use NGK plugs and wires. thats extremely important. a good valve adjustment would be nice, too. and if it were up to me, i'd tune a chipped ecu perfectly so you can enjoy that car

If you are going to do the timing belt then also change the water pump (since the timing belt has to be removed to change it).

Depends on the garage but for my car (00 EM1) it's roughly 450$ CDN for the timing belt and water pump. (incl parts n labour)

You should laway change both at the same time since they are connected. It will save you labour costs in the long run plus it gives you precious piece of mind.

i would not concider a T-belt package to be part of a tune up. it may be what your car needs, but to me a tune up would include as follows:

plugs (NGK)
wires (NGK)
cap and rotor
air filter
throttle body cleaning
PCV (if needed)
oil change including filter and plug washer
checking tire pressure

most everything beyond that would be checking the condition of things like fluids, tire tread, belts, hoses...

and for the record, a good T-belt package includes more than the belt and a water pump. you should get the outer belts, VC gasket, crank and cam seals thermostat and gasket (should be replaced with new waterpump) and a valve adjustment (because they're already in there.)

I definately suggest a fuel system cleaning. Go grab a bottle of Sea Foam and let your car breathe. Don't be alarmed by how much smoke comes out of your car, the more smoke, the better. If you never have used Sea Foam before, look up a tutorial on the web, there is a lot of good write-ups and its a fairly easy/cheap and effective thing to do. I just did it today actually to my neighbors Dodge Ram 1500.
