Default Which proportioning valve is this???

There are 6 holes for lines to connect, letters on it are "F9CE" "OD4" and "89Z"
I got this off from a 99 0r 00 si at a yard, but from closely looking at the rear brake, i think the car was stolen before ending up in the yard. And looking at the rear brake, it is NOT rear disc, is Drum. So i think the peeps must have swapped the rear disc, but i am not sure if they swapped the proportioning valve too.

I don't know that there is supposed to be those numbers stamped on it. I am looking at a 00 Si prop. valve, and the stamp on it is "A15CE".

I believe it's from a GSR ...6 valves is usually for a ABS system car.

I could take a look at my EX, but I would have to put on my coat, run outside in the cold, pop my hood, and look for the #'s.....it is just a little to early for that, but I will remember to check later if you still need my help by then.

That can't be true, the Si valve has 6, it is non-ABS. I am almost %100 positive the EX valve is the same way. Actually ABS prop. valves are completely different than the one shown, are they not?

i thought the abs valves had 4. 2 for the lines coming from the MC, and then 2 going to that ABS resevoir.

I dunno... I could be wrong on this...

I always thought the porpotionate valve to get would have to have 6 holes. I have a porportionate valve from a gsr with abs, and it's 4 holes.

There are 40/40 non-abs proportioning valves that have 6 valves.

Just checked my EX valve, and it is stamped C23CL. It also has 6 valves and is not ABS. Don't know if that helps any, sorry.

There are 6 holes because 2 lines come from the master cylinder and then 1 more hole for each corner. The ABS have 4 last I checked.

That looks exactly like the p valve that I took out of a 98 LS or GSR from the junkyard. Useless if you plan to use it in a brake swap w/out abs.

I actually made a post about this but I guess it didn't get archived.
