What is this? Pictures inside..
Fig A: Is a bracket, attached to a wire harness, thats also attached to a hose, closer to the right headlight..
Fig B: Is where the hose attaches to, which also leads to another wire harness..
I am thinking that this might be what my air conditioner was attached to? Jeff at Hybrid Automotive deleted my A/C when I got the swap. Can I just delete the Harness on Fig A, Fig B, and get rid of the hoses?

Only fan I have is the radiator fan, no more A/C.
Is it safe to remove the items that I circled?

Yes
the second pic is the connector that connects the sub-harness of the ac to engine harness
just unplug it and take all the clips and bolts that hold the harness to the car out and you are set

Right on man thanks!
Now will the hose/hoses just come off? or do I need to cut them?

yeah
It is easier when the radiator is out of the way but it is still easy withit in the way
Just follow the wires and you will see the clips

btw nice turbo and manifold
