what parts r needed 2 pass smog check reff bar b16??????
need help i have a 94 civic ex with a b16 ....im trying to get it bar took it to tha reff but failed what usdm parts r needed 2 make it pass ?

You need all the stock emmission parts for a 94+ civic. Obviously they have to fit your engine correctly.
Also you need a proper wired engine. Be nice to the ref and maybe he will tell ya what you need.

You don't have to be nice for them to tell you what you need. They give you a checklist of why you failed. With that said, what did you fail on? Visual, emmissions, both?

It passed all vissual but failed emission my nox was 2 high it was a gross poluter on tha 15mph and was still kinda high on tha 25 mph ill post tha readings later on when I get home
