What parts absolutely required to fix bad 2nd-3rd synchro (b16a)?

What parts absolutely required to fix bad 2nd-3rd synchro (b16a)?
I am looking to rebuild my transmission, and I am trying to figure out the exact parts I will need to replace. Some people have told me I need to replace all the synchros, and all the gears, which would make the cost of the job prohibitive. If that is the case it would be easier to buy a new transmission...
Anyway, 2nd -> 3rd grinds, and I am tired of double clutching. Can I just replace the synchros, or do I need to replace all the gears along with them? Thanks in advance.

Try purchasing polyurethane stabilizers Cost<20.00 I had the same prob with 98DX Civic Turbo Project this cured most of the grinding. The Synchros are a problem also.

I had the same problem with my ITR tranny.
I replaced all of the case bearings and the 2-3 syncrho assy which comes with a new 3rd gear if I'm not mistaken.
