what oil to use 128k mile cx
i recently purchased a 92 cx and it has around 128,000 miles on it i was wondering what weight oil to use if i should use straight 30,thanks in advance guys

I have a 92 cx and I have put in 10 w 30 valvoline oil. My dad was a mechanic for honda and knows everything about hondas, thats what he recommended for my civic, and it had 108k miles on it a year ago when I bought it.

10w 30 is good too, but honda recomends 5w 30
that being said, I use 10w 30 synthetic in my car....although it's turbo.

ive got 115k on my civ..and i run 5/30 mobil 1, 10/30 would be fine too..my wifes 89 volvo has over 300k and uses 10/30 mobil 1 and doesnt burn any oil at all
