What oil should I use in my itr gearbox?

also what do u guys suggest to use in my engine?(97 itr motor) 5w30 or 10w30?

royal purple or amsoil or Redline synthetic?

on the ball on the bottom of my shifter where its in linkage, should it be greased or just left dry?

Gearbox-Fresh Honda MTF
Oil-Any quality oil will work fine-there is a lot of opinions and "research data" on oils-personally I use Mobil 1 5w30 Extended performance syn in my B18C and Mobil clean 5000 5w30 in my B16A

It's actually PENZOIL Syncromesh. You can find them at your local NAPA auto parts store.
