what OBD is 99-00 Civic EX..
A friend bought a motor from another friends wrecked car - his car was a 96 civic ex.. We just took the wiring harness from the EX and put in the 2000 EX...
It was an OBD-I motor, using OBD-II EX engine harness.... used a jumper to OBD-I to use the p72 ecu. Now with the 2000 Civic there is a plug not plugged in, so is there another style of adapter harness, and we are using the wrong one..?

sorry if I was vague - no the ECU should be a p72 to control the GSR motor...
I thought there was OBD-2 and then OBD-2.5... just checkn
