I've heard that it doesn't, but if someone else knows for sure perhaps they could step in.

why do people want to do front end conversions on cars. i understand the itr front end for integras . but when you want to do a dodge ram front end on a honda.wtf!!! stop wasting money and build your motor.

How is this any different from a JDM Integra front end conversion on a USDM Integra?

Thats crazy I thought the older EL was based off of the tegs and the afterwards the 7th gen civic. Cool beans for new knowledge.

Have you even seen this front end conversion? Yes, many do look ugly like the integ. front on a eg or del sol front on the eg, etc. But this looks pretty clean and is very similar to the car in the first place.

The Acura 1.6EL has the same body as a '96-'00 Honda Civic sedan. It does have a different front end, trunk and taillights. Plus it comes with other options that our Civics in the US never saw. There are different dash parts and seats too (for example).

The 1.7EL is based off of the '01-'05 Civic sedan and the CSX is based off of the '06+ Civic sedan, though it has the normal sedan front instead of the USDM "coupe style" front that our US Civic sedans have.
