Re: what kinda exhaust (civic1798)
My take on exhaust...
Seems there's not a small displacement, high revving, four cylinder engine out there that has a deep exhaust note. (Someone please correct me if I'm wrong)HOWEVER, everyone knows the best part of driving a modded Honda is the howl coming out of the intake!
Think of it this way- A chick with huge +i+s and no a$$ is going to wear a tight, low cut top so that you never get to see what she doesn't have, right? Maximize what you've got, minimize what you don't! Do the same with your Honda. Let the intake howl do the talking and install a quiet exhaust!
My BroSpeed came in today, I'll let you know how it sounds soon...

yeah now i'm more into all motor kinda sound love hearing that intake roar its bad *** but i want either a itr exhaust (which prob. won't fit) or the hyper actually something queit but a little deep
the tanabe racing gets on my nerves after having it for a year or so, its to loud

I suggest the Thermal stealth catback sounds pretty deep and is not to loud. I went with the Mugen twinloop and love it. Nice and deep and it really opens up when you hit the high rpms.

I'm not putting down the thermal stealth as i've never heard one. I have a tanabe and while it is loud you can always shut it up with the silencer.

I've ordered from inlinefour twice. I ordered my Racing Hart's from them and also some little engine ****. They're pretty cool.

Re: what kinda exhaust (White SOHC)
Installed the BroSpeed this morning. From inside the car, I could barely tell! Outside it's a nice, deep tone from idle and really honks up top. I couldn't be happier! Not to mention that it's an absolute cake installation. Perfect piece.
