first off, drum and rotor are two completely different things. so it cant be a drum rotor.

second, it looks like a rotor but the pic is kinda blurry

Or, he put on drilled rears and just hasn't put the caliper back on. Just a thought but could be painted. E-mail the person who posted the video.

The rear rotors are most cars have a drum inside them that is used for the Emergency break only. It was that way on my Blazer and its that way on honda rear discs.. although your right there is no caliper. its just a riced out EG Probably a cheap Disc found on ebay that fits on the car the same way as the Brake dust shields do... just to clear the air.

On what Honda's? My EG6 definitely uses the brake caliper for the side brake.

WTF are you even talking about? How can a rotor have a drum inside of it? It is either disc rear brakes or drum rear brakes.

Rear disc uses a rotor, caliper, and brake pads
Rear drum uses a drum, brake cylinder, and shoes

And Honda rear drums are used for more than just the e-brake genius....

Most cars that use a 2 pot rotor use a drum for the ebrake. Like the Z32 300ZX.
