lol i kind of set myself up for that one. i was wondering if anyone knew of where to get one that actually fits like that one. all of the ctr knock off lips just fit on the bottom of the bumper, and i love how that one smooths out the bottom curves of the bumper itself. thanks for the link too btw!

OEM is what you want then, the link is an OEM lip.

The only thing is that it will cost more but be wayy worth it

Try icb or n1 or one of the others,
Look to spend around 400-450.

300 isn't even bad. Think about what those rare mugen or spoon lips go for.

Buddy paid 425 shipped.
For a new one.

never liked the two tone. i always think it looked so much cleaner when everything is color matched to the car itself.

@ lodo and seanK

I like both, it's depends on what oyu like. one doesn't look better than the other, it's just different styles.. my hatch for example is red. i've got a black interior, black mirrors, (would have black moldings) black side skirts and black spoiler

sorry about the size

OP, that's a '97-'98 Civic Type R front lip.

The ones that you describe sound like Type R style front lip. They fit along the bottom of the bumper and are made for just about all Hondas ever. They're based off the OE lip for the '99-'00 Civic Type R though (I've seen them on '92-'95 Civics, '96-'98 Civic, '99-'00 Civics, '92-'96 Preludes, etc).

There are replica '97-'98 Civic Type R front lips out there, but $300 isn't too bad for a lip that fits so perfectly.

I've known lots of people who think their lip fits just fine until they get a high quality lip (OE, Mugen, for example) and see what a really well fitting lip really is. My OE lip fits perfectly without any hardware even. The hardware basically just makes it more difficult to pull off the car. I can drive with my front lip stuck on with no hardware and no fear that it will fall off. It just fits that well.

That's a real Mugen on the white hatch. I agree though, looks goofy with the unpainted sides.

OEM and replica are night and day differences.

It should be a nobrainer.
