Default What Intermediate Shaft Do I Use With My B18C1 Swap?

Okay. I put a 94 GSR longblock with b16 tranny in my del sol. I'm using 94+ autozone axles. So I've got 2 halfshafts, and neither of them fit my application. The first one I tried came off of an automatic, so the mounting bracket doesn't line up flush. The second one I just recieved in the mail, and it has a female end for the side that connects into the axle. The axle has a female end as well. They don't fit together.

So I've got a couple of questions if anyone would be cool enough to help me out.

1. What shaft will I need to make my drivetrain work? I was told the 2nd shaft with the female end was from a 95 2 door integra. It doesn't fit my 94+ axle. Is there anyway the shaft is from 93 and older tegs?

2. Is there anyway I can press the manual bracket onto the shaft that has a male spline on each end?

3. Is the male spline that bolts into the axle transferable from one shaft to the other? Or are the end splines and shaft all one piece? It looks like a small clip holds it inside of the mounting bracket somehow...

I don't know much about axles and drivetrain, so it'd be greatly appreciated if somebody could help me out. Thanks honda-tech

sounds like the 2nd one you got was a cable tranny piece.
basically, any hydro manual intermediate shaft is what you need.you can remove the mounting plate from the shaft.you can try using the cable bracket on the hydro auto shaft, but i'm not sure if the cable bracket will mount to the block correctly either when used on a hydro tranny..
you can buy the hydro, manual bracket by itself, but it's around $100
