What is this hose? It dosen't exist in USDM motors.
This is a JDM B16a2. It's the thermostat housing and the hoses coming off it.
I can't find it's existance in any of the Helms manuals(Del Sol, Integra and Civic).
Actually, spare USDM thermostat housings that I have, where that hose is coming out, is blocked off.

I'm honestly not sure, but does your engine have a fast idle valve attached to the bottom of your throttle body?
Is this from an OBD1 or OBD2 car?

that seems like a B16a first gen motor. I think that nipple is for the fist gen tbodies FITV valve that goes under the T body.

It might be for te blinker fluid to flow through. My guess...j/k.
If it's on the thermostat housing, definitely has to go to a location that coolant flows through. Look for diagrams, should help you.

Well, the problem is, like I stated earlier. this passage does not exist in any of the Helms I own.
I was thinking just replace the thermostat housing with a USDM one.

do you already have the necessary coolant hoses hooked up to your iacv. Judging by the size I would have said iacv. Are you running jdm manifolds and wiring harnesses? If not I would check for any spare hookups and if there weren't any I would swap out that housing for a usdm one.

Isn't IACV connected to the intake manifold and not the thermostat?
PS: Actually, IACV has two hose coming off it, it has one going into the water connecting pipe(between water pump and thermostat housing) and one going to TB.

I'm going to answer my own question: yes.
Right now, it's hooked up to the one intake manifold.

I wasn't saying that, that IS the iacv, I was saying that connects to the iacv. And if it's an auto they are usually attached to the throttle body(3 pin). On a manual they are attached to the intake mani(2 pin).

That hose on my GSR goes from that location, to the water neck that the upper radiator hose goes to, right near the bleed valve.
Little rough on where the bleed valve is on a b16
