What HID kit do I get?
Ok, I did a search and I didn't find what I was looking for. What I want to know is, what kit do I get for my '94 Civic that puts out a pure white light? I was looking at the Phillips 5000K kit, but what about the dual low-high HIDS? What are thoughs? How are they dual?
