1)im not sure if its my cat or not.. but theres this rattling noise and great vibration i feel/hear as i get off of first gear.. and it happens off of 2nd gear sometimes as well.. i can feel it rattle out thru my exhaust.. hah`.. i dunno.. any ideas?

2) i re-installed my stupid sidemarkers.. they turn on with my headlights n everything.. but my hazards wont blink.. and my left turn signal wont blink [nor tha head/taillights].. but my right turn signal does.. and this all happens when my headlights are on.. but when my headlights are off.. everything works fine.. all the wiring is correct and no fuses are blown.. any ideas?

as for your rattle, probly your heat shield

as for your lights...i suggest re-wire them, that sounds weird

As for your exhaust problem, check the 2 spring bolts that connect the cat to the end of your header, most likely you are missing 1 of those bolts or it is becoming loose, also check the area around your shift linkage to see if there is good clearance between that and your cat.
