what the hell is going on....
k i need a custom 2.5in cat made up, and the only place i know of is hybridgarage.com but i cant get ahold of them by phone or email...what is going on w/ them....

Carsound, Magnaflow, Catco, and Random Technologies all make 2.5'' cats.
I have a Carsound and it rotted out after 6 months of use and I was tuned so my a/f mixture was good.
A few friends of mine have had their Catco 2.5'' cats rot out too.
Random Technologies genrally sucks *****.
I've never seen a Magnaflow in person.
Bottom line?
Be prepared to have that piece of **** rot out on you within a year of the purchase date - good luck.

I have a Carsound as well, thing is dead after about 5 months.
I thought Jackson Racing made a high-flow cat, but I'm not sure of the diameter. Going to go look for it. Couldn't find the diameter on their website.

im running a jackson racing high flow cat. i have had no problems. i have been running this car for ever a year. i had this cat on my other civic with a type r motor, then a b16, then my new hatch with a gsr motor then turbo charged for 3 months now with still no problems. i reccomend jackson racing CATs
