what the hell is this ?
so i go to wire up my IAB and guess what... A17 has as green wire with a black stripe in there.
i had a p06 automatic ECU before this so i'm guessing it's an automatic wire. not sure but... i need to know what that wire is and where it ends up thanks...

A17 is the autotrans lockup solinoid valve.
it's also using A19 as the return line.
to save you running the wires through the firewall... driver's shock tower, 14pin connector.
A17 is the green/black wire (pin 13)
A19 is the yellow wire right next to it (pin 14)

neither are connected to a constant 12V or ground connection.
Guessing why this is... the solinoid can be driven open and closed so the two wires need to be switched as far as polarity. much like the door locks.
