Since there is no newbie questions section.
I know the function of a vtec, and how it operates.
What is vtec-e which comes in the civic hx models.

dont know the exacts but some guys here might be able to tell you the whole run down on them. it is for better gass miles

Disables one of the intake valves at low RPM's. Less air = less power = better gas efficiency...
