I don't think any bolt up. 
I could be wrong but I think you might have to get a custom pipe made. at least thats what we've done on our past swaps

none will bolt up to ur stock exhaust, so just buy a LS header 4-2-1 and hav money to go to the muffler shop after that.... cuz you'll be riding open headers which is LOUUUUUUUUUD

on my 95 hatch I am using a USDM ITR header and a 2.25" Integra test pipe and fit like a charm.
Basically, get an ITR header such as the JDM DC sports 4-1, or OEM JDM ITR header and get a cat or test pipe made for an integra.

help me... I searched and found some saying 94-ls/gs/rs or 00-01 gsr or type R are the correct length to bolt up w/ no mods... is this true if so im going to order the ls help

All the headers will work your problem is getting them to bolt up to the Cat. That isn't gonna work unless you get either a test pipe or an aftermarket Cat. Just go ahead and get what we advised. Either the JDM DC Sports 4-1 w/ 2.5" collector or the JDM ITR w/ 2.5" collector. Those will give you the most hp and torque gains out of any header. After you get the header, take it to a reputable muffler shop and install the testpipe or cat or buy one the same time you buy the header.
