What has broken or gone wrong since the winter has started
1998 Honda Civic Si (EX)
For me:
-constant creaking, metallic clinging in door panels
-constant creaking of everything pretty much
-steering wheel clicks when turning
-power windows are slower than mollasis in Antarctica
-engine has a wailing sound to it now
-fan is louder than my stereo... it chugs like a hockey card is stuck in there
I canNOT wait for Sping.

whats gone wrong since this winter you ask?
-I moved to AZ!!!
-got my car taken from me 
(my own fault)
-bad gasket in header, causing huge leak
-CEL from mis-wired o2 sensor :hammer to my own head:

Same thing for me but it's the driver's side... if you spray it with some wd-40 or liquid wrech it will go away though... just a quick spray and open close open close spray open close etc should get rid of the noise for about 6mo.-1yr.
Also for the poster's slow windows...
You spray "spray silicone LUBE" in the plastic channel's that the front and back of the window's ride in and roll them up and down and repeat... they will roll up good as new.

I forgot to do mine...
Just about EVERY plastic piece of undershielding has been ripped off my car from hitting snow drifts.
B'cuz of the missing undershielding water has hit my distributer twice and KILLED my car mid drive... had to sit there for a couple seconds the first time and re-start it... the second one I had to wait like 10 min's in the middle of the road in the middle of a snow storm.
My car went sideways on the highway driving home one night because of my bald not-yet winter tires.
that's about it... running pretty good considering.

Hit ice going up a freakin ramp.
Hit wall going around 20-30 still.
Busted my lip into 3 pieces.
The lip took one for the team. Scratched the corner of my bumper.
That's about it for that incident.
Other then that wasn't too bad of a winter. Still a few more weeks of winter though. Keeping my fingers cross that nothing else happens.
Can't wait for spring to come.

89 hatch got broken into.
91 4 dr heat don't work!

hmm lets see
1-****** backs into my car(bad spot i parked at)
2-motor said byebye(valve dropped and fucked up the piston lol)
3-outer tie rod got even more fucked up (now i really need to replace it)
i cant wait till spring comes track opens again and fun times are back

my clutch master cylinder on my hatch has been leaking so i changed that. and now i just noticed my teg is leaking coolant from water pump area. gotta change timing belt and water pump on it this weekend. its got 60,000 miles so its due for it anyways..
but everything seems to stick a little before it gets heated up, especially the climate cotrol *****, my clutch, and my shifter.
