It depends on what civic hatch. But a 92 and up u can use ur civic muff. Bacially the 92 and up hatch and the 94 and up integra are the same car just a different shell

What motor, exactly?
Your stock cat won't bolt up to your B18C stock header, so either get a Cat that fits or just have it flanged to fit. Also you need the catback for your Civic Hatch.

He's asking about the entire catback exhaust system. Not the muffler.

It doesn't really sound like you know what you're doing, so i wouldn't go talking trash to the mods if i were you...
however, you need to get the exhaust specific to your civic, then take it to a muffler shop (with your car and swap done) and ask them put it on. on the other hand, if your going to try to do it yourself (which i wouldn't recommend), you'll have to cut and weld your beautiful new exhaust after the cat to line up the flanges. The flanges on "integra" headers are angled differently than on civics, then again it varies from one to the other. I don't know the specifics, but you didn't ask a specific question.
